Detailed Description
Eagle America Router Bits are American made, precision ground router bits with solid steel bodies and Micrograin Carbide tips. Eagle American puts their bits through a 17 point quality control check to ensure top performance. Bit bearings are shielded with high RPM ratings, tips are C-4 grade carbide with 600 grit diamond mirror finished edges, steel is heat treated 3 times and tested up to 45 RC hardness for durability. Eagle America Router Bits aren't painted or coated, so you'll see the quality right from the start.
Use Lock Miter Bits to produce extra strong mitrejoints in boxes, beams, columns and cabinet face frame corners. One piece is run flat on table, the other standing on edge against fence. For table-mounted variable speed routers.
