Adjust-A-Bench Leg Set by Noden - Made in USA
|
Highland Item # 114251
|
Detailed Description
Adjust-A-Bench Leg Set Manufactured in the U.S.A.
The award-winning Adjustable Leg Set by Noden is an innovative work top support stand that changes height quickly and easily.
The sturdy Adjust-A-Bench leg set consists of a pair of nesting steel frames (or trays) that are designed to be
fitted with a benchtop that you provide and two owner-supplied wooden stretchers.
The legs stand 26-1/2" tall, and can be adjusted to add an additional 16-1/2" to the workbench's height by
using the integral ratchet mechanism. The inner tray slides vertically through 12 ratchet locking
stops while guided by the outer tray, conveniently raising and lowering your work surface to meet the
demands of your job. A convenient foot pedal releases the locking stops.
The Adjust-A-Bench will provide a comfortable, effective range of access to your work
surface, increasing your overall efficiency. Your work adjusts to the proper height for your tools.
You can lower your workpiece to better use your body weight as you apply your tools, or
you can raise the workpiece closer to eye level for finer work.
Additionally you have the convenience of a work surface
that adjusts to varying heights, accommodating all woodworkers, short or tall.
Included are 2 Adjust-A-Bench leg sets, 2 foot pedals, hardware package, assembly plans and
instructions. Weight of the leg set is 80 pounds.
Please note: In order to use the Adjust-A-Leg set, you will need to supply your own
worktop, two 6" x 3/4" thick (minimum) hardwood strechers and 4 lengths of 3/8-16 threaded rod
(length of workbench top, hardwood stretchers and threaded rod to be determined by you).
Available optionally are lockable casters, as well as a set of One Rail Brackets which allow
the elimination of one of the owner-supplied wooden stretchers to permit seating access at the bench.
