Detailed Description
Brass Threaded Inserts, Pack of 10 These threaded inserts are hollow brass cylinders with large wood-screw threads on the outside and machine-screw threads on the inside. They provide an extremely strong and reliable way to join wood for easy disassembly. Unlike more commonly available T-nuts, these inserts can be used in blind-stopped holes, leaving visible surfaces unmarred.
One end of the insert has a screwdriver slot for driving it into a pre-drilled hole. A little wax or soap on the external threads makes installation easier. Internal threads are standard coarse count for stove bolts, machine screws, carriage bolts and threaded rod.
Sold in packs of 10.
