This miter gauge provides all the precision and convenience you've even needed but been unable to achieve with the guide that came on your saw. The precision-cast miter head, mounted on its own 3/8" x 3/4" x 20" steel guide bar, with built-in precision fitting hardware that lets you cutom fit the guide to your saw's miter slot. A spring-loaded shot pin provides positive stops at 15°, 22-1/2°, 30°, 45°, and 90°; a precise cast scale and scribe line allow reliable stting to any other angle.
The Accu-Miter's adjustable 18" fence has a built-in measuring scale, micro-adjustable hinged drop stop, and telescoping inner rail with pivoting stop that extends to 34". The fence extrusion adjusts left or right, a tremendously useful feature in many joinery operations. The Accu-Miter is also available with a 24" fence whose inner rail reaches to 46".
An optional heavy-duty manual clamp reaches up to 3-1/2" forward of the fence and handles 4-3/4" maximum stock thickness. An optional pneumatic clamp, with air cylinder, mounting bracket and supply hose, is ideal for production cut-off work.
