Automatic Corner Chisel

This simple spring-loaded fixture quickly squares the corners of routed mortises. Simply snug it into the radiused corner or your mortise (max. 3/8" radius) and rap the top with a hammer, instantly cutting a 90° outline. One stroke with a bench chisel pops out the waste. The corner chisels works in mortises up to 7/16" deep, and fits into mortises as small as 1-1/16" square. Blade is easily removed for resharpening.
