This stout block of crepe rubber is glued to a 1/4" wooden base with screw holes. It provides an exceedingly handy way to clean debris from sanding discs & belts--and it's the best mechanism we've seen for quickly braking your random orbit sander disc when you lift it from work to inspect your progress. The rubber block is 3" square x 1-1/2" thick.
