This finish is the friendliest waterbased topcoat for brush applying that we've tried. Ceramithane is more viscous than previous waterborne polys, and it lacks the bluish tint of earlier finishes. It meets the standards of both the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer's Association and The Maple Flooring Association, so you know the cured film is tough and stain resistant.

Ceramithane is fortified with UV inhibitors to protect the vibrant colors of your wood or stain. The "matte flat" is the flattest water-based clearcoat we've seen, making it a perfect choice for protecting milk paint or other traditional flat finishes.
