Cutting large circles and arcs with a router is relatively easy. However, circle & hole diameters smaller than your router base and larger than most drill bits have always fallen into a twilight zone. This cleverly conceived new subbbase addresses the problem head-on, enabling you to cut holes or disks from 1" to 7-1/2" in diameter in 1/16" increments using a 1/4" straight or spiral bit. A series of pivot pin holes laid out in spirals (with an interesting spiderweb graphic to keep track of dimensions) gives you 105 different diameters to choose from. The jig comes with a 1/16" hardened steel pivot pin, a collection of US & metric mounting screws, and a 7-1/2" diameter clear plastic subbase pre-drilled to fit Porter-Cable, DeWalt, Sears, Makita, Bosch, Skil, Hitachi, Freud and Elu routers.
