The Fein Turbo I vacuum can actually make your woodworking more pleasant. A woodworker's life is noisy enough without a vacuum at your side screaming and whining excessively. Fein vacuums have always been our favorite shop vacs because they run so much quieter than most other vacs. Now Fein has made them even quieter by adding Electronic Suction Control, which lets you adjust the power to fit the job while keeping noise to an absolute minimum. You can actually have a conversation while this vac is running!
Electronic Suction Control will also improve the performance of your random orbit sander by allowing you to apply the right amount of suction to extract dust without needlessly pulling the sanding pad down against your stock. The new model also features a wider tank footprint plus 6 swivel casters for extra stable portability.
The popular Turbo I is Fein's most compact and economical vac with its 6 gallon dry capacity, yet still rates 90 inches of static pressure and 116 CFM. Its two-stage motor won't overheat even if the line becomes temporarily clogged. The Turbo I incorporates a tool-activated switch that turns the vac on automatically as soon as you trigger your tool's switch. Release the trigger and the vacuum turns off after a 3 second delay as it clears the hose of debris.
The unit comes standard with a 16 ft x 1-1/4" hose, crevice took, brush and flex connector and 5 micron cloth filter. It can be used wet with an optional filter.
