These are very stout tools, durable enough for the heaviest use. Steel ferrules at butt and bolster keep the handle intact under driving blows from steel hammer or wooden mallet. Laminated white steel blade and hollow-ground back are similar to those of the cabinetmaker's chisels. Length is 9-3/4". 15mm width is 19/32", a little under 5/8".
