Thse are finely crafted, nicely balanced hammers used for driving nails, setting & removing plane irons, driving chisels for mortising & paring and carcase assembly. Thin white oak handles give comfortable feel for delicate or precise work, but are strong enough for heavy use. 150gm (~5 oz.) or 300gm (10-1/2 oz.) forged heads have two hardened steel faces with a milder, more resilient mid-section; one face is flat, the other slightly bell-shaped to avoid marring wood surfaces. Overall lengths are 12" & 13".
