Nicholson 8" Cant Saw File

You may think you can't sharpen a log saw, but you can with a cant saw file.

Cant files are specifically designed for sharpening large teeth like those on our one- and two-man log saws. The triangular cross-section and wide surface area aid greatly in shaping and pointing dull saw teeth. Rub some blackboard chalk over the file prior to use and it will stay keen longer and clean more easily (with a file card.) Use a #3 file handle (075632) for safety. Single-cut file surface is 8". Overall length is 10-1/4".
