Odate 60mic Dressing Plate ~ 220x

The Odate dressing plate has an extra-coarse diamond abrasive. It is a mirror image of the crowning plates and is therefore slightly convex (.0025 round) across its width. When rubbed together, the dressing plate will hollow any grade waterstone to the same curvature as the crowning plates. Most typically used to shape fine waterstones for maintaining edge radius during final honing.
