This ingenious 2-part faceplate design offers the most economical way we know of to outfit yourself with as many faceplates as you really need for turning bowls. The system consists of a hub which mounts to your lathe's drive spindle and 5/16" thick steel faceplates(sold separately) which screw onto the hub's threaded mounting spigot. You can also forget about blanks with over-used screw holes flying off the lathe. The hub is tapped for a 5/16" x 2" hanger bolt screw chuck which, like the faceplates, can be left attached to your stock while freeing the hub for other work. We do not have any of the faceplates to fit these hubs. Fits Myford & Grizzly Lathes
