This step gauge is designed for quick, precise depth setting on hand-held or table-mounted routers. Graduated in 1/16ths with metric equivalents from 1/16th to 1-1/2". The gauge is 5-3/4" wide to rest stably across any router base or table-mounting system. 3/8" step width easily slips over one flute of even the widest bits.
