Stanley's standard block plane has its iron bedded at 20°, is the most useful small plane in the shop. With a cutting angle of 45-50°, it cuts just like a bench plane, handling a wide variety of jobs. Mechanical depth, angle & throat adjustment make the 9-1/2 easy to use. Sole is 6-3/8" long by 2" wide; iron is 1-5/8".
