Starrett Trammel Point Set

Trammel points let you make your own beam compass for scribing or marking circles and arcs of any diameter from 3" to as big as fits in the shop. Starrett's handsome trammel set features black cast iron heads that fit any beam size up to 1-1/2" wide, spring-loaded pin clamping screws, and hardened steel 6" scribing pins sharpened exceedingly well. Rotating either of the eccentrically ground pins lets you micro-adjust point position for as much accuracy as you might ever desire. A pencil may be substituted for either pin.
