Every saw comes with 2 quick-release riving knives (one is sized for using thin-kerf blades). A paddle style off/on switch enables you to power off the saw while keeping your hands on the work. Dual capacitors ensure that motor starts & runs are smooth & efficient. Model 359101 is one of Steel City's professional table saws, powered by a 3 HP 230V motor. The granite top & wide table board extend the saw to a full 50" ripping capacity using the saws's steel body Industrial Fence and Rail (84" total width). The saw cabinet has a 4" dust hose connector and plastic motor cover. The Industrial Fence is constructed from heavy 3" wide steel and features a rear rail support glide for smooth fence movements. The 5/8" thick UHMW fence faces can be removed and replaced easily if damaged or to add sacrificial fences.
