The Wagner Lock-n-Go offers affordable High Volume Low Pressure spray finishing in a self-contained package. No compressor, no hose and no separate turbine unit. No, really. The turbine, air filter and material cup are all part of the gun. Just fill the cup, plug it in, adjust for material flow and pattern, and then start spraying. It’s powerful enough to spray all of our waterbased topcoats even loaded with UTCs (universal tinting colors) without thinning. It sprays round, horizontal and vertical patterns with very little overspray, and its 1-1/2 quart cup means less refilling. The sprayer disassembles without tools for fast cleaning. We recommend filtering all finishes before filling the material cup for added insurance.
Along with the low maintenance sprayer you get a viscosity cup and an excellent set of instructions. The instructions include a thinning chart, cleanup procedures and a troubleshooting section.
Note: Because it takes a second or two for material cup to pressurize, there is a short delay after you pull the trigger until the finish atomizes. Just aim the gun away from the project, pull the trigger and start moving the gun once the finish starts to flow.
