Analog protractors with their tiny hash mark scales can be hard to read for many folks. Wixey digital protractors have a LCD display with digits that are 1/2” high so your findings are easy to read even at arm's length. The unit displays to tenths of a degree resolution & has a range from 0 -180°. Use for measuring trim angles on your work and for measuring & setting miter & bevel angles on almost any machine in the shop. The extruded aluminum arms are 2" wide x 1/4" thick. Strong magnets are recessed into the edges of the arms to help the protractor maintain position on your cast iron tool surfaces. The arms can rotate in a full circle in either direction. A sliding tab at the base of the unit alters the pivot tension of the arms to help hold angle settings. The 3" arm model measures 4" long overall and the 8" arm model is 9" long. The electronic base is 7/8" thick. Accurate to +/- 0.1 degrees. Zero button for calibration and auto-shutoff feature. Includes 3V lithium CR 2032 battery.
