Mineral oil is a popular choice for items intended for food use as it imparts little or no flavor or odor, nor will it go rancid. Our Butcher Block Oil meets or exceeds FDA regulations for food grade mineral oil. The oil helps seal butcher blocks, wood counter tops, cutting boards, wooden bowls and utensils against stains, odors and moisture.
