A built in retractable riving knife moves with the blade providing added safety. The saw can tilt up to 45° while on the guide rail giving a level of accuracy for bevel cuts that is simply astounding. The dust extraction shroud with rear facing swivel port allows for a clear view of the cut even with a vac hose attached. A 10 amp, soft start motor provides constant speed under load with variable speed adjustment from 1,350-3,550 rpms. Motor has temperature and current-triggered overload protection. The 8-1/4" 36T carbide blade provides a cutting depth (when on the guide rail) of 2-3/4" at 90° and 2-1/8" at 45°. Weighs 13.6 lbs.
