These new safety glasses, available in bifocal and full lens magnification, may not solve every eyesight problem in the shop, but they certainly will let you magnify nearby stuff well enough to resolve it easily. Now you can match or exceed the prescription in your reading glasses for everyday shop work—imagine being able to see 64ths again! For that matter, even woodworkers with 20/20 vision will appreciate being able to magnify detailed work like scrollsawing or saw sharpening while protecting your eyes at the same time. Top half of each lens has no prescription. Side shields are built into each temple. All Mag-Safe glasses meet or exceed ANSI Z-87 specifications.
