Detailed Description
Olson Coping Saw Coping saws are handy, allpurpose saws for both straight and curved cuts and are essential for certain tasks like copecutting an inside miter for profiled trim. A simple, quick cut is just that with a coping saw, versus hauling out and electrifying a power tool. You're able to get right to work and a few strokes later you're done. It makes a great saw for kids; easy to handle and safe (with adequate supervision). The rigid chrome-plated steel frame takes standard 61/2" pin-end blades and provides a 5" depth of cut. The blade can be turned 360° and flipped end for end to cut on the push or pull stroke. Blade tension is applied by either turning the 41/2" wood handle end or the unique knurled-nut tension knob at the opposite end. 12-1/2" overall length. Includes a single 15 TPI blade.
