Rikon 10 inch Planer-Jointer 25-010

The Rikon 10" Planer-Jointer offers great value in a medium duty machine that does a good job handling large stock. Few shops have the luxury of a jointer as wide as 10" for removing twist and warp from wide boards. Rikon's exceptional design provides not only a jointer bed that is 11" wide by 40-1/2" long, but also includes a 10" autofeed thickness planer as well. This combination machine is excellent for turning roughcut lumber into boards that are perfectly flat and straight. Conversion from jointer to thickness planer (and the reverse) takes only about one minute.

The 10"-wide 3-knife cutterhead rotates at 4800 rpm, providing 14,400 cuts per minute (91 cuts per inch on the thickness planer) for an exceptionally smooth finish. This unit uses disposable knives which install quickly and easily.

The 24-1/4" long jointer fence tilts up to 45 degrees. Max thickness capacity for the planer is 6". Feed rate is 13 feet per minute. The unit is powered by a 1-1/2 HP 110/220 volt motor. Overall weight is 147 lbs.
