Steel City 2-Sided HSS Cutters for Helical Cutterheads, pack of 10

The helical cutterheads for all Steel City's helical jointers and planers, which take 2-sided cutters. Each cutter has 2 sharpened edges, and can be rotated to expose a fresh sharp edge until both edges have become dull. If one cutter becomes nicked as a result of striking embedded metal, just that cutter needs to be replaced to eliminate the ridge that the nick causes on the workpiece.

Steel City planers with serial numbers starting SM2 and jointers with serial numbers starting L2 use these cutters.

Steel City planers (except the 40200H planer) and jointers with serial numbers starting L (not L2) use the 40931 cutters.

Steel City 40200H planers with serial numbers starting SM (not SM2) use the 40935 cutters.
