Tormek Long Knife Jig

There are two knife jigs, for short or long knives, which cleverly allow you to sharpen both sides of a knife to exactly the same angle without resetting the jig. Their design lets you stroke along the curved tip of a blade as easily as along its straight length. The Long Knife Jig is for chef's knives or any blades from 4-3/4" to 11" long. It handles portable electric planer blades, too. Fits Tormek Supergrind or Tormek T 7 Sharpening System.

This jig replaces the SVM-100. It has a wider clamp to stabilize long, flexible knives.
