Veneer Hammer

This 3" cast iron squeegee is used to press veneer or edge banding onto surfaces freshly coated with hot hide glue, spreading the glue evenly and forcing all air pockets from the bond. The hammer head primarily serves as a handle, though of course it can be used for setting veneer pins as well.
Overall length is 12".
