Beeswax - 1 lb Block

Long a favorite of woodfinishers, pure beeswax is used by itself as a soft, low-sheen polish (with an utterly charming aroma), and as an ingredient in many custom blended oil & oil/varnish finishes. It can also be used as a binder in home-made wood fillers, perhaps tinted wih UTCs to highlight ring-porous grain, or for other special effects. It softens to a creamy paste with turpentine, or melts in a double boiler at about 145° F.
