Butcher Block Oil - 8oz
Our Butcher Block Oil meets or exceeds FDA regulations for food grade mineral oil. Our ultra refined mineral oil is a popular choice for items intended for food use as it imparts little or no flavor or odor, nor will it go rancid. The oil helps seal butcher blocks, wood counter tops, cutting boards, wooden bowls and utensils against stains, odors and moisture. Since this is a non-curing mineral oil, apply periodically for maximum effectiveness. This oil is also suitable for using as a lubricant for oil stones when sharpening kitchen knives and for conditioning a leather strop before use.
