Double-Ended Vessel Caliper - 5 inch

Vessel calipers are designed for measuring the wall thickness of turned vessels, especially vases. The straight leg goes inside the vessel and the curved leg goes outside. When you close one end of the caliper on the wall of your vase, you can read the thickness at the other end of the caliper.

This caliper is 5-1/4" from the pivot to the measuring tips. Maximum measuring depth is 4-1/4".
