Earlex Pro Series Spray Gun

These stainless steel Tip and Needle Kits fit the Earlex Pro Series Spray Gun that comes with the HV5000, HV5500 and HV6900 spray systems.

Size	Application
1.0mm	Ideal for an ultra fine finish and thin viscosity materials, especially water based finishes. Using this configuration will put very light coats onto a surface and you may need to apply multiple coats.
1.5mm	Ideal for a fine finish and thin/medium viscosity materials. The favored needle for lacquers, polyurethanes, varnish.
2.0mm	Ideal for a quality finish and thin to thick viscosity materials. If you want a finer finish with your latex, enamel or acrylic.
2.5mm	Good for a quality finish thick viscosity materials.
