Flexcut Hooked Skew Knife KN37

The Flexcut Hooked Skew Knife features a hooked radial bevel and is a great tool for waterfowl carving and cleaning. Using a rolling action it can be used to make v-cuts. The handle is shaped to be held like a pencil or conventional knife.
