Detailed Description
Flying Unicorn Kit
Bring some magical mystery to life with this Flying Unicorn wooden model kit. Fans of all things Princess Celestia, Swift Wind and Pegasus will delight in this winged equestrian model. It takes just an hour or two of easy assembly and with its single linkage crankshaft design, this kit helps kids of all ages explore the principles of mechanics, gain some hands-on model making experience and of course chill with a unicorn! And who couldn’t benefit from the presence of unicorns (and rainbows) for providing some uplifting imagery, and sparks for creative dreaming?
With this kit, you can color away if you wish with paints of your choosing, or dare we say, Magic Markers? Felt tipped colored markers are an easy tool for the really young ones to use for personalizing their unicorn. And if you’d rather not do any coloring, then don’t. If leaving your assembled Flying Unicorn au naturel brings you joy, then we are of the opinion that no one should get in the way of that for you! (As woodworkers, we are a bit biased to the natural look of wood.)
The Alicorn, (aka the Flying Unicorn) is the name of a mythical winged creature dating back to Ancient Greece. We’ve heard there’s been recent controversy over whether “true unicorns” actually have wings, to which we reply, “where’s your imagination?”. Let the adults in the room with PhD's debate the controversy, while the rest of us get busy making the flying unicorns we dream of come to life!
Size: 8 x 11 x 11 in
Please Note: These kits have small parts that constitute a choking hazard and should not be used by children under 3 years.
