General Finishes Flat Out Flat Acrylic Topcoat
Flat Out Flat is a truly flat water-based acrylic topcoat with a tough velvety finish. It is similar to General's High Performance Topcoat
and can be used in conjunction with it – over or under. Coverage 600 sq. ft. per gallon.
