FLOOR STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serving customers in person and on the phone in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Addressing customer questions, concerns and requests on both technical and process issues.
• Occasional receiving of product and placing into inventory.
• Picking product from the warehouse/storage room, which involves walking and may require heavy lifting/carrying.
• Operating a computer software system to process payment of orders.
• Helping to keep the retail area clean.
