GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any stock item purchased from Highland Woodworking, return it to us within 60 days of receipt and we will promptly replace it or refund the purchase price of that item, according to your preference.
PRICES
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and reflect our most recent pricing schedule. Any published errors in pricing or specification are subject to correction.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates may be purchased in any denomination. They may be redeemed for merchandise or classes at the store or by mail, phone, or internet. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Inquiries for specifications, technical information, and order tracing should be addressed to our Customer Service Department at (404) 872-4466, or e-mail us at customerservice@highlandwoodworking.com. Online orders can also be traced by logging in to our website using your username (email address) & password. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed soon after receipt and are usually shipped within 2 business days via FedEx ground or US Mail, depending on location and weight. We do not ship combustible materials by air. If we are out of stock on an item, we will either back order or cancel that item according to any special instructions entered with your order. PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover.
FREIGHT CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges within the 48 contiguous states are calculated according to the dollar amount of your order and on most orders display during the checkout process.
Our standard shipping methods for U.S. addresses are Fedex Ground (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and U.S. Priority Mail.
For large heavy items shipped by truck, we will quote the lowest freight rate available depending on your destination and the weight of the tool. The shipping charge will not show on your web order form, but will be added to your credit card total. We will contact you for approval prior to shipping your order. Some destinations may require pickup from a freight terminal.
For items showing a flat amount truck ship rate, other charges may apply when delivering to non-standard addresses (islands, restrictive entry areas, etc.).
Other heavy, bulky or hard-to-ship items will incur a handling surcharge as specified for that item in our catalog and website.
Actual shipping and handling costs are charged on US shipments outside the 48 contiguous states, and will not show on your web order form. These will be added to your credit card total. We will contact you for approval prior to shipping your order.
Items shipped to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada are shipped by Air, and an extra shipping charge will apply. Minimum order for overseas shipment is $100.00, and must be paid for by credit card. Applicable taxes & duty will be charged when due. Special services may entail additional charges. We will contact you for approval prior to shipping your order. We do not ship electrical tools outside of the US.
SALES TAX
We collect sales tax in accordance with your state's remote seller laws as they apply to our organization. Deliveries within many states, including Georgia, are taxed on order total which includes shipping charges. Classes and Gift Certificates are not taxed.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with any stock item, you may
return it within 60 days of receipt. Package it securely, include all original packing materials and address it to:

Include in the package the order number, your full name & address, the reason for returning, and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. Shipping is nonrefundable unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.
