Narex Hand Cut Rotary Rasps

These Narex hand cut rotary rasps offer a superior cut to machine cut rasps. The sharp teeth are medium coarse for efficient stock removal, but won't give the deep furrowing commonly seem from the teeth of standard machine made rasps. Like Narex's hand cut rasps and rifflers, these rotary rasps have hand stitched teeth formed into the carbon steel bodies (RC 49) in a slightly irregular pattern. This mildly random pattern of the teeth minimizes deep scoring and tearing of the wood fibers.

Use these rasps in your electric drill for shaping and sculpting. The mounting shanks are 6mm (slightly smaller than 1/4") for fitting into 1/4" drill chucks and larger. Max RPM is 3000. OAL is 2-3/8″
