The 30mm (1-3\/16\") diameter cutter rotates at up to 12000rpm efficiently hollowing or undercutting almost any concave surface.  You can hollow bowls, trays, spoons or chair seats. The cutting action leaves a semi-smooth surface reminiscent of one cut with a gouge and mallet. When the cutter eventually dulls, you can rotate it on the shaft to expose a fresh, sharp edge.
