It sands readily between coats, serving quite well as a self-sealing finish without needing a separate first-coat sanding sealer. It flows out beautifully; it's so forgiving that spraying is nearly foolproof. Do not drag the brush against the rim of the can after you load the brush, as this would introduce bubbles.
