It\n can be mixed with paint, stain, epoxy, glaze, shellac, lacquer, putty, filler, grout and many other products. It's easily\n cleaned up with water.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   Mixol is not a finish on it's own, it must be mixed with finish to work. It's very concentrated so you won't need\n a lot - think drops, not ounces. The pigments are the highest quality - sourced from all over the world. Mixol tints are made in Germany.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003ch5\u003e\n   Sizes\n  \u003c\/h5\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   Mixol tints are available in 20mL (~.67oz) and 200mL (~6.7oz) bottles. Not all of the colors are available in both sizes. If you need larger\n quantities, we can order them for you. Just give us a call.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   We also offer the 20mL bottle in assortments of 12 colors. One assortment includes colors 1-12 and the other includes colors 13-24.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003ch5\u003e\n   Tint Types\n  \u003c\/h5\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   \u003cb\u003e\n    L-type\n   \u003c\/b\u003e\n   tints (#6 Maize Yellow, #7 Canary Yellow, #10 Red and #18 Orange) are not light fast enough for exterior use.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   \u003cb\u003e\n    LW-type\n   \u003c\/b\u003e\n   and\n   \u003cb\u003e\n    LW-Oxide\n   \u003c\/b\u003e\n   type tints are lightfast and weatherproof for use indoors or outdoors. The\n   \u003cb\u003e\n    True\n   \u003c\/b\u003e\n   colors are made to\n be light fast outdoors, which is especially difficult for red and yellow shades.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   L-type and LW-type tints use organic pigments and have white bottle caps. LW-Oxide-type tints use inorganic pigments and have red bottle caps.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003ch5 style=\"margin-top:15px;\"\u003e\n   Important Information on Color Samples\n  \u003c\/h5\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   Universal tints are used for coloring a variety of finishes. The color samples below show the color achieved by mixing Mixol universal tints in white paint.\n The percent shown is calculated\n   \u003cspan style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:bold;\"\u003e\n    by weight\n   \u003c\/span\u003e\n   . The samples do not show the true color of the Mixol liquid.\n Given the variations between different paints, you may get slightly different results with the same ratios.\n  \u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e\n   No color representation on paper or a screen can show exactly what a colorant looks like. These are reasonably close to the colors achieved by\nmixing the colorants in these formulas. How to use the Metallic Mixols?\nMixol now has Metallic tints – Gold, Silver and Copper. Available in the small and medium\nbottles. Measured in grams: 20gm and 200 gm for the Silver and Copper. Gold is heavier at\n30gm and 300gm bottle sizes. Use to get special effects from a subtle shimmer to an opaque\nmetal finish. These can be added to the regular Mixols.
