This provides superior edge retention properties balanced with an ease of sharpening ability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCare is given with the factory's finish-grinding of surfaces, so your initial conditioning of the chisel's back and bevel will take very little time to complete. The chisel's side bevels along the blade slope down to an ultra-thin edge profile, allowing the chisel to reach into tight areas like the corners of dovetail sockets.
