Redeeming Gift Certificates and Store Credits

ONLINE
To redeem a Highland Woodworking Gift Certificate / Store Credit online, simply enter the number in the "Customer Notes" text field during checkout. The dollar amount of the certificate will not be reflected in the order total of the shopping cart, but will be deducted from the final order total at the time we receive and process your order. You will be required to enter a credit card number before your order can be completed, however your credit card will not be charged if the gift certificate amount is equal to or greater than your order total.

Should the gift certificate / store credit amount be greater than your order total, a credit memo will be issued for the remaining amount and may be used toward a future purchase. You will receive an email once your order is processed indicating the amount of any applicable credit.

Should the gift certificate / store credit value be less than your order total, your credit card will be charged ONLY for the outstanding amount.

MAIL ORDER
To redeem a Highland Woodworking Gift Certificate / Store Credit on a Mail Order, enter the number on the order form and deduct the gift certificate / store credit amount from your order total.

Note: Shipping charges apply to the total cost of the items bought, not the order total after the use of the gift certificate / store credit.

If the gift certificate / store credit amount is greater than your order total, a credit memo will be issued for the remaining amount and may be used toward a future purchase.

If the gift certificate / store credit value is less than your order total, please provide a credit card number for the outstanding amount, or include a check or money order.

PHONE ORDER
To redeem a Highland Woodworking Gift Certificate / Store Credit when you are placing a Phone Order, when your order taker asks how you wish to pay, please tell them that you wish to redeem a gift certificate / store credit. He/she will ask for the number of the gift certificate / store credit and apply it to your order.

If the gift certificate / store credit amount is greater than your order total, a credit memo will be issued for the remaining amount and may be used toward a future purchase.

If the gift certificate / store credit value is less than your order total, you will need to provide a credit card number for the outstanding amount, or mail a check or money order.
