The Shaper Origin Handheld CNC Router is a tool like you've never seen. It performs many of the tasks of an ordinary router, but with more precision. It performs many of the tasks of a CNC router, but easier and with fewer restrictions. Origin locates itself in your workspace and makes continuous adjustments while cutting so you get the best result possible. Once you set up, select or upload your pattern, route following the path displayed on the screen. Origin will adjust to keep the cut in the right place. If you veer off too far, it will automatically raise the cutter out of the workpiece.
