Option to Order as a Guest or set up an account
When placing an order online with us you have the option to order as a "guest" which means the site does not create a registered customer account. As a guest, the site will not retain any of your order information. Returning "guests" will not have passwords, stored shipping addresses, or access to "wish list" functionality.
You can also place an order by setting up an account. Creating an account allows you to track your order history online, expedite the checkout process with established shipping and billing information and allows you to use various account dependent features like "wish lists". Regardless of whether you register as a user or proceed as a guest, your order will be processed in the same manner and you will build an order history in our company wide order system.
Also, you can register at anytime by going to the "Create Account Page". By registering it means in the future your billing and shipping address information will pre-fill and your orders will be maintain in a history account for you to view. Guests will also be provided the opportunity to create an account at the end of submitting an order.
How to RESET your password
If you are experiencing difficulty logging on to your account, it may be because you are attempting to use an incorrect password. You can reset your password via the "Reset Password" link.
For security reasons the link which will be emailed to you will only remain active for 15 minutes, so please follow the link as soon as you receive it. In rare instances, extreme site traffic may delay the reset email from reaching your email account and arrive expired. If this happens, it will be necessary for you to resend the reset email.
If the reset email never arrives, consider the possibility that your previous orders were placed as a guest and you have not created an account yet. You can set up an account here "Create Account Page".
Outlying U.S. Islands
If you are experiencing difficulty creating a new account with an outlying U.S. zip code, it may be because you selected "United States" instead of "United States Minor Outlying Islands" in the Country pull-down list."United States" is located at the top of the country list and "United States Minor Outlying Islands" is located in alphabetical sequence. You will also find a country selection for "Virgin Islands, U.S.", please select accordingly.
Please note that shipping charges listed on our site apply to ground shipments within the 48 contiguous United States only. If shipment is to Alaska, Hawaii, United States Minor Outlying Islands or to Canada or another foreign country, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
