The SVS-50 is used for sharpening spindle roughing gouges; beading & parting tools for woodturning; carving tools and skews (for turning or carving.) It adjusts for and skew angle and can sharpen a radiused skew. It can be set manually or using the TTS-100 Turning Tool Setter
