Veritas Set/4 Super Hard Card Scrapers

While most card scrapers are made from spring steel hardened to Rc38-42, this set of 4 is hardened to Rc48-52 allowing them to hold an edge for much longer. The edges come already milled square so they are ready to use for fine work right out of the box, saving you the need to initially file and hone them as with ordinary scrapers. For heavy use you will still need to use a burnisher to form a hook on each working edge.

Included in the set are one each:

• .016" thick x 2" x 6" for fine work
• .024" thick x 2" x 6" for fine work
• .032" thick x 2-3/8" x 6" for heavy stock removal
• .042" thick x 2-3/8" x 6" for heavy stock removal and scraping paint

Each scraper comes with plastic edge guards. Complete resharpening instructions are included.
