Want to make a biscuit joint, but don't have a biscuit joiner? Here's the solution. Whiteside's Biscuit Joining Kits are specialized slot cutting bits deigned just for cutting biscuit slots. The kit includes a arbor in either 1/4" or 1/2" shank, a 5/32" slot cutter & three bearings to set the correct depth for all three common biscuit sizes – #0, #10 & #20. The overall diameter of the slot cutter is 1-1/2″

The outside diameters of the three bearings are 1/2″, 11/16″and 13/16″. (The ID of all three bearings is 3/16″.)

About Whiteside

Whiteside Machine Company was founded in 1970 in Bill Whiteside's basement where he supplied tooling to NC's huge furniture making industry. Whiteside is still family-owned but has now grown to occupy a 40,000 square foot factory in Claremont, NC.

Whiteside offers a full range of router bits. Their rigid quality control and precision manufacturing techniques have repeatedly resulted in highest ratings in Fine Woodworking magazine tool reviews.

In the years that we've sold Whiteside router bits, we've experienced the company's commitment to excellent quality and superb customer service. We think you'll be pleased each time you use these fine tools in your shop.

We toured the Whiteside factory in Episode 1 of The Highland Woodworker. Watch the whole episode or just the factory tour (about 6:30).
