Whiteside Keyhole Router Bit

Whiteside Keyhole A Keyhole router bit is used with a plunge router to create a screw hanging slot in the back of a picture frame or small cabinet. Plunge into the workpiece, then slide the router towards the top of the frame to create a groove with an undercut. A keyhole router bit also functions well as a small T-Slot bit.

Whiteside Machine Company was founded in 1970 in Bill Whiteside's basement where he supplied tooling to NC's huge furniture making industry. Whiteside is still family-owned but has now grown to occupy a 40,000 square foot factory in Claremont, NC.
