Highland Woodworking Updated COVID-19 Response
During this unprecedented time, we are continuing to ship all tool orders received online and via phone, and we are providing curbside pickup for our local customers. Due to the new wave of virus infections, our retail storefront will remain closed until at least January 6, 2021. At that time, we will reassess the situation and consider reopening our storefront for walk-in business and resuming in-person classes..
Our main concern is the health and safety of our employees and our customers. More than half our employees have worked here for over 20 years, so perhaps it is not surprising that the majority of us are also over 60 years old, unfortunately putting us in the vulnerable high risk category for COVID-19. We want to keep them healthy so they can continue to help fill orders and answer questions for all of our customers.
We look forward to the time when it will feel safe for us to reopen the retail store. In the meantime we are especially grateful for your patience and understanding.
